تأثیر شاخص‌های توسعۀ فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات بر سهم بازار کشورهای عضو اوپک از صادرات غیرنفتیِ جهان

چکیده

توسعه صادرات غیرنفتی در کشورهای متکی به صادرات نفت از جمله اولویت‌های سیاست‌گذاری جهت نیل به توسعه متوازن است. اما، دستیابی به این مهم نیازمند ایجاد زیرساخت‌های مختلف است که توسعه فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات از مهم‌ترین آنها به‌شمار می‌رود. در این راستا، تحقیق حاضر سعی نمود تأثیر شاخص‌های توسعه فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات بر سهم بازار کشورهای عضو اوپک از صادرات غیرنفتی جهان را طی دوره 2017-2007 بررسی نماید. به‌منظور دست‌یابی به این هدف، مدل تحقیق با استفاده از داده‌های تابلویی و به روش گشتاورهای تعمیم‌یافته برآورد گردید، نتایج نشان داد، تأثیر شاخص‌های دسترسی به فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات، مصرف فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات و مهارت استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات بر سهم بازار کشورهای منتخب از صادرات غیرنفتی جهان طی دوره مورد مطالعه مثبت و معنادار بوده است. همچنین، تأثیر متغیرهای کنترل شامل تولید سرانه و نرخ ارز واقعی بر سهم بازار صادرات غیرنفتی مثبت و معنادار بوده است.

چکیده [English]

The development of non-oil exports in oil-exporting countries is one of the policy priorities in order to achive balanced development. However, achieving this important, requires the creation of different infrastructures that the development of information and communication technology is one of the most important of them. In this regard, the present study attempted to examine the impact of ICT development on the market share of OPEC member countries from global exports during the period 2017-2007. In order to achieve this goal, the research model using panel data and GMM method. The results showed that the effect of ICT development indicators (access, use and skill) on the market share of selected countries of non-oil exports of the world has been positive and significant. Also, the effect of control variables including per capita production and real exchange rate on the market share of selected countries of non-oil exports of the world has been positive and significant.
