عوامل مؤثر سه‌گانه دو سوتوانی سازمانی: رویکرد مرور نظام‌مند

چکیده

هدف: با توجه به فضای عدم ابهام و عدم اطمینان استفاده از پدیده دوسو توانی امری لازم و ضروری است. بر اساس کلیه پژوهش‌های پیشین چاپ‌شده در مجلات تخصصی هدف پژوهش حاضر به دنبال شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر دوسوتوانی است.
طراحی/ روش‌شناسی/ رویکرد: برای بررسی سؤال اصلی پژوهش از مرور نظام‌مند استفاده‌شده است که با استفاده فیلتر مقالات انتخاب‌شده بر اساس چکیده و خروجی کار. تعداد 30 مقاله نهایی به‌عنوان مبنای پژوهش انتخاب شدند که در واقع جامعه آماری نهایی این پژوهش است.
یافته‌های پژوهش: پس از تحلیل و گرداوری مقالات نهایتاً بر اساس رویکردهای سه‌گانه تحلیل به دوسو توانی شاخص‌های مؤثر بر دوسو توانی در سه دسته کلی شناسایی شدند که عبارت‌اند از عوامل زمینه‌ای، عوامل ساختاری و عوامل رفتاری. عوامل زمینه دارای شش شاخص پویایی محیطی، شدت رقابت، جهت‌گیری بازار، عدم تقارن اطلاعات و فشار نهادی بوده است همچنین عوامل ساختاری دارای 10 شاخص قابلیت هماهنگی، قابلیت سیستمی، قلمرو تنوع، عمر سازمان، اندازه سازمان، استفاده هم‌زمان از ساختار ارگانیک و مکانیک، مازاد منابع، قابلیت‌های  پویا، جهت‌گیری سازمان و استراتژی قبلی سازمان، و  نهایتاً عوامل رفتاری شامل شش شاخص فرهنگ قوی، ظرفیت جذب بالای کارکنان برای یادگیری، گروه مدیریتی قوی و قابلیت جامعه‌پذیری بالا، سیستم‌های تشویقی مدیران در مقابل کارکنان و  سبک رهبری مدیران  بودند.
محدودیت‌ها و پیامدها: محدودیت اصلی پژوهش صرفا مقاله‌های نظری بودند که مبنای پژوهش بودند و از نتایج اصلی آن اینکه برای ایجاد دوسوتوانی باید به‌طور هم‌زمان انگیزه‌های مدیریتی، ساختار منعطف شرکت و عدم اطمینان بالای محیطی مورد توجه باشد.
ابتکار یا ارزش مقاله: ابتکار اصلی مقاله در این است که تا هم‌اکنون هیچ پژوهشی با در نظر گرفتن کلیه عوامل داخلی و خارجی دسته‌بندی کاملی در مورد شکل‌گیری  دو سو توانی ارائه نکرده است و پژوهش حاضر به این شکاف پاسخ داده است.

چکیده [English]

Due to the ambiguity and uncertainty of the organizational, it is crucial that  organizations environment, the adopt ambidexterity approach. The aim of this study is to identify the affecting factors to ambidexterity in organizations. A systematic review was used to examine the main research questions. This method uses a filters the selected papers, based on their abstracts and outputs. A total of 30 final papers were used in this study. After analyzing papers, the factors affecting ambidexterity were classified in to three general categories, which are contextual, structural and behavioral factors. Contextual factors consist of six indicators: environmental dynamic, competitiveness, market orientation, information asymmetry and institutional pressure. Also, the structural factors involve ten indicator's namely coordination, systemic capability, economy of scope, organizational age, organizational size, simultaneous use of organic and mechanical structure, surplus of resources, dynamic capability, and strategy of organization. Finally, the behavioral factors includes six indicators namely: strong culture, high employee engagement for learning, strong management team, high sociability and style of leader and manager. The results of the study indicate that in order to create ambidexterity, issues such as managerial motivations, the company’s liquidity and high environmental uncertainty must be taken into account.
