تأثیر نمادهای اسلامی در بستهبندی بر قصد خرید مصرفکنندگان موادغذایی

چکیده

هدف: قصد مصرف‌کننده برای خرید، به احتمال برآورده شدن انتظاراتش بستگی دارد، ولی این مسأله در مورد محصولاتی که مصرف‌کننده به سرعت اقدام به خرید آن‌ها می‌کند، به برقراری ارتباط در نقطه فروش بستگی دارد. بسته‌بندی، یکی از مهم‌ترین عوامل اثرگذار بر تصمیم خرید در نقطه فروش است. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر استفاده از نمادهای اسلامی در بسته‌بندی مواد غذایی بر قصدخرید مصرف‌کنندگان مسلمان است.
این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت و روش، توصیفی‌ـ پیمایشی است. داده‌های گردآوری شده از طریق پرسشنامه، توسط روش حداقل مربعات جزئی (PLS)[1] پردازش شد. جامعه آماری، شامل کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه گیلان بوده و تعداد آن‌ها 17000 نفر می‌باشد و روش نمونه‌گیری در این پژوهش، روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس بوده است.
نتایج، بیانگر تأثیر مثبت وجود یک نماد اسلامی در بسته‌بندی مواد غذایی بر قصد خرید مصرف‌کنندگان است. البته این تأثیر در مورد مصرف‌کنندگان با تعهد مذهبی بالا تأیید شد. نتیجه دیگر نشان می‌دهد که وجود نماد مذهبی بر روی بسته‌بندی مواد غذایی، ارزش مذهبی ادراک شده توسط مصرف‌کنندگان با تعهد مذهبی بالا را نسبت به آن محصول افزایش می‌دهد.
نتایج این پژوهش به بازاریابانی که در پی ترفیع محصولات غذایی در بازارهای اسلامی هستند کمک خواهد کرد تا درک کنند که چه وقت و چگونه از نمادهای مذهبی در بسته‌بندی محصولات غذایی استفاده کنند.

چکیده [English]

Consumer purchase intention depends on the probability of meeting his expectation but while buying under time pressure; it depends on Point of Sales (POS) communications. Packaging is one of the most important factors influencing consumer decisions in POS. This research aims to investigate the effect of Islamic symbols in food packaging on purchase intention of Muslim consumers.
Method: This research is applied by objective and descriptive-survey by nature and method. Gathered data through questionnaire are analyzed with Partial Least Square (PLS). Statistical population of this research is 17000 students of University of Guilan and sampling method is convenient sampling.
Results: Results indicate the positive impact of Islamic symbols in food packaging on purchase intention of Muslim consumers, although, this effect is significant for consumers with higher level of religiosity. Also results show that Islamic symbols in food packaging increases the value of that product for consumers with higher level of religiosity.
Conclusion: Results of this research help the marketers, that want to promote their products in Islamic markets, understand how and when to use Islamic symbols in food packaging.
