Abstract
Given the rapid technological advancements and structural changes in Industry 5, human resource competence has emerged as a critical factor for the success of organizations. This research aims to analyze the components influencing human resource competence in Industry 5 through a thematic analysis approach and the coding of qualitative data obtained from interviews with experts. A total of 182 codes were identified, which were categorized into 66 subcategories and 11 main categories, including individual, professional, political, economic, cultural, general, psychological, strategic, social, managerial, and organizational competencies. These components were classified into three key requirements for human resource competence in Industry 5: human-centeredness, sustainability, and resilience. Human-centeredness enables organizations to focus on the needs and desires of employees, fostering a supportive and motivating environment that enhances job satisfaction and productivity. Sustainability compels organizations to pay attention to their responsibilities, leading to an improved public image and the attraction and retention of talent. Resilience allows organizations to be more robust in the face of unforeseen changes and challenges. The Delphi fuzzy method was employed to screen these categories, which is effective in situations requiring the collection of expert opinions and the establishment of consensus on complex issues. The results indicate that attention to these components can lead to improved employee performance and increased organizational productivity. Therefore, organizations must continuously assess and update their human resource competencies to succeed in this competitive landscape.
