Designing the Framework of Corporate Entrepreneurship Development Policy Based on Institutional Dimensions (Grounded Theory)

Abstract
the aim of this research is to design the framework of corporate entrepreneurship development policy based on institutional dimensions. For this purpose, using the qualitative method and benefiting from the grounded theory, an in-depth semi-structured interview was conducted with the experts in this field using the snowball method. Then, open coding process resulted in 158 codes, an dselective coding resulted in 129 codes in the form of 6 main categories, causal conditions (challenges: policies of access to financial resources, entrepreneurship motivational policies, business environment evaluation policies, policy cultural factors, legal policies), central phenomenon (barriers: organizational, structural, economic, technological, networking and information), contextual factors (formal, informal, legal and regulatory, cognitive, normative factors), intervening factors (factors environment), strategies (preparation of entrepreneurial planning, providing financial aid and incentives, improvement of business administrative structure, educational and cultural foundation, development of innovative improvement, improvement of sub-structures) and consequences (strategic development and improvement, operational development and improvement). The results showed that the current research can help policy-makers in formulating corporate entrepreneurship policies based on the future trends of businesses in the world.
