Effective planning and efficient management of logistics activities can significantly reduce an organization’s operational costs. Consequently, improving logistics processes has become a key strategy adopted by successful organizations in recent decades to reduce costs across supply chains and inter-organizational operations. One of the leading organizations in the field of business process and logistics improvement is GS1, a global organization operating under the slogan “The Global Language of Business.” GS1 develops and promotes international standards for the identification and coding of products, assets, and logistics units, including standards specifically designed for transportation and logistics. The purpose of this study is to develop and evaluate a model of the impact of GS1 standards on Iran’s transportation and logistics sector. The research employs the Fuzzy Delphi method to validate the proposed model and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) to prioritize the effects of GS1 standards on transportation and logistics business processes. The findings indicate that among the five business processes examined—asset management, warehouse management, receiving and delivery management, transportation management, and port and customs management—the implementation of GS1 standards has the greatest positive impact on the receiving and delivery management process. لجستیک دارای طیف وسیعی از فعالیت‌هاست که یکی از مهم‌ترین آن‌ها حمل‌ونقل است. برنامه‌ریزی صحیح و مدیریت کارامد فعالیت‌های لجستیکی می‌تواند به میزان زیادی از هزینه‌های عملیاتی یک سازمان بکاهد. به همین دلیل، در دهه‌های اخیر، بهبود فرایندهای لجستیکی به‌عنوان یک معیار کلیدی برای کاهش قیمت تمام شده در سطوح بین بنگاهی مورد استفاده‌ی سازمان‌های موفق قرار گرفته است. یکی از مؤسسات فعال در حوزه بهبود فرایندهای کسب‌وکار و لجستیک، سازمان جهانی [1]GS1 است. این سازمان جهانی با شعار «زبان جهانی کسب‌وکار[2]» به دنبال ارائه راه‌حل‌های مناسب برای تسهیل فرایندهای زنجیره تأمین و بهبود کسب‌وکارها است. برای این منظور، GS1 یک سری استانداردهای جهانی برای کدگذاری و شناسایی اقلام تدوین و ارائه نموده که یکی از این استانداردها مختص لجستیک و حمل و نقل است. هدف این مقاله ارائه مدل تأثیرگذاری این استاندارد بر لجستیک و حمل‌ونقل ایران است. روش تحقیق استفاده از روش دلفی فازی برای آزمایش مدل و همچنین استفاده از تکنیک تاپسیس[3] برای تعیین میزان تاثیرگذاری استانداردهای GS1 بر فرایندهای تجاری حوزه حمل و نقل و لجستیک است. نتایج نشان داد که از بین پنج فرایند تجاری در حوزه حمل‌ونقل و لجستیک یعنی مدیریت اموال، مدیریت انبار، مدیریت دریافت و تحویل، مدیریت حمل‌ونقل و مدیریت بنادر و گمرکات، پیاده‌سازی استانداردهای GS1 در حوزه حمل و نقل و لجستیک بیشترین تاثیرگذاری مثبت را بر فرایند مدیریت دریافت و تحویل دارد.
