Hence, the impact of the client's operational risk on the size of the organization's activities, including financing activities, is important. Therefore, the present study seeks to investigate the risk of customer concentration on the cost of equity in the Listed Companies of Tehran Stock Exchange. For this purpose, the data for 79 companies during the period from 2009 to 2014 have been investigated through hybrid data analysis. Herfindal-Hirschman and Entropy have been used to calculate customer concentration. The results indicate that the impact of risk of customer concentration calculated using both Herfindal-Hirschman index and Entropy on the cost of equity is positive and significant. The findings of this study indicate the undeniable importance of the major customers in the market, which in addition to revealing the need to pay attention to such customers is also practical for managers as well for how the financing costs are tailored to the degree of concentration of the company's customers. The findings of this study could improve the decision-making processes of investors. <br /><br /> جهت‌‌گیری جدید کسب‌وکار مبتنی بر تمرکز بر مشتری، ریسک عملیاتی ناشی از مشتریان را به‌عنوان موضوعی بحث‌برانگیز، در ادبیات مالی و حسابداری مطرح کرده است. ازاین‌رو چگونگی تأثیر ریسک عملیاتی تمرکز مشتری بر ابعاد فعالیت‌های سازمان، ازجمله فعالیت‌های تأمین‌‌مالی، مهم به نظر می‌رسد. بر این اساسT پژوهش حاضر درصدد است تا به بررسی ریسک تمرکز مشتریان بر هزینه حقوق صاحبان سهام شرکت‌های پذیرفته ‌شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران بپردازد. برای این منظور داده‌های مربوط به 79 شرکت طی دوره زمانی 1388 تا 1393 از طریق تحلیل داده‌های ترکیبی مورد بررسی قرارگرفته است. و از دو شاخص هرفیندال- هیرشمن و انتروپی برای محاسبه تمرکز مشتری استفاده ‌شده است. نتایج حاکی از آن است که ریسک تمرکز مشتری با هزینه حقوق صاحبان سهام، رابطه مثبت و معنی‌دار دارد. یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان‌دهنده اهمیت غیرقابل‌انکار مشتریان عمده در بازار است. که علاوه بر آشکارسازی ضرورت توجه به این‌گونه مشتریان، از جنبه عملی نیز برای مدیران از جهت چگونگی هزینه‌های تأمین‌مالی با در نظر گرفتن درجه تمرکز مشتریان شرکت‌ها، مفید است. وهمچنین‌‌می‌‌‌تواند به سرمایه‌‌ گذاران کمک کند تا تمرکز مشتریان را نیز به عنوان شاخصی موثر در اخذ تصمیم به سرمایه گذاری مد نظر قرار دهند. https://pajooheshnameh.itsr.ir/article_33359_27d787a7cbec58381278c767399ec80d.pdf
