With regard to the economic impact of the industry, if the potential of the country's capacities can be used for optimal growth and prosperity the impact of the industry on various economic sectors, can be one of the ways to get rid of single-product economy and achieve sustainable development. After a literature review of studies, the aim of this study was to identify factors affecting tourism employment as well as employment forecast by the industry. For this purpose, the econometric method (OLS) and system dynamics method are used. The tourism industry is a dynamic and complex system so that quality is a quantitative method have been used. The results show that the tourism industry does not require high initial capital. Arrival of foreign tourists will create direct, indirect and induced jobs and economic growth accelerates. So because of the important role of foreign tourists in the economy it is necessary to pay more attention to the tourism industry. گردشگری به عنوان یک بخش با اشتغال‌زایی بالا، از طریق جذب درآمد ارزی، در جهان کنونی از چنان جایگاهی برخوردار است که از آن به عنوان صنعت گردشگری یاد می‌شود. با توجه به آثار اقتصادی این صنعت، اگر بتوان از ظرفیت‌های بالقوه کشور به صورت بهینه استفاده کرد، می‌توان شاهد رشد و شکوفایی بزرگی در سطح اقتصاد کشور بود. دوره‌ی مورد مطالعه در این پژوهش 1392-1374 و شبیه‌سازی آن تا سال 1407درنظر گرفته شده است. به این منظور از روش تلفیقی پویایی‌های سیستم و روش اقتصاد سنجی استفاده شده است. صنعت گردشگری مسأله‌ای پویا و پیچیده است، از این رو از روش پویایی‌های سیستم که یک روش کمّی-کیفی می‌باشد بهره گرفته شده است. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد با توجه به اینکه صنعت گردشگری یک صنعت کاربر است، ورود هر گردشگر خارجی باعث ایجاد اشتغال به صورت مستقیم، غیرمستقیم و القایی شده و رشد و توسعه‌ی اقتصادی کشور را تسریع می‌بخشد. بنابراین به دلیل نقش مهم گردشگران خارجی در اقتصاد کشور لازم است به صنعت گردشگری توجه بیشتری شود. https://pajooheshnameh.itsr.ir/article_33357_bdebe2f12a1bc7a473f1520a583918c0.pdf
