Creating the Competitive Advantage Through Critical Success Factors Approach, Case study: Tile Industry

Abstract

 
This article studies and analyzes the comparative advantage of Iran tile industry using domestic resource cost technique (DRC). Then it uses DEMATEL technique for finding and prioritizing critical success factors in tile industry of Iran, which are: quality of products, customer service, fast response to market changes, market analyses and products variety. Investment and improvement in management competencies, labor skills and technology are also determined as investment priorities.
