چکیده

در چند سال گذشته، احتمال وقوع ریسک‌ها و رویدادها در زنجیره تأمین افزایش یافته است. در نتیجه، زنجیره‌ها بیش از پیش نسبت به اختلال‌ها آسیب‌پذیر بوده و ریسک تداوم زنجیره تأمین افزایش یافته است. توانایی مدیریت کردن ریسک‌ها و اختلال‌ها جنبه مهمی است که رهبران موفق کسب‌وکارها را از دیگران متمایز می‌سازد. در پژوهش حاضر به مفهوم‌سازی تداوم زنجیره تأمین پرداخته شده و یک سیستم استنتاج عصبی-فازی انطباقی جهت ارزیابی تداوم زنجیره تأمین طراحی شده است. به‌این‌منظور، نخست با بازخوانی گسترده ادبیات پژوهش به شناسایی قابلیت‌ها و استراتژی‌هایی که مدیریت تداوم زنجیره تأمین را امکان‌پذیر می‌سازند پرداخته شده است. در گام بعد، از رویکرد سیستم استنتاج عصبی-فازی جهت ارزیابی تداوم زنجیره تأمین شرکت ایران‌خودرو استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد زنجیره تأمین شرکت مورد پژوهش بر اساس مدل پیشنهاد شده در وضعیت متوسط قرار دارد.

چکیده [English]

In recent years, there has been an increase in the likelihood of the occurrence of the risks and unexpected events. As a result, supply chains are more vulnerable to disruption and the risk to supply chain continuity has increased. The ability to manage risks and disruptions is one important aspect that differentiates successful business leaders from others. The present research therefore attempts to conceptualize the concept of supply chain continuity and design an Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) to evaluate the continuity of IKCO supply chain. Hence, a systematic literature review is conducted to identify and explore appropriate capabilities and strategies that can be employed to build continuity in a supply chain. Then, ANFIS approach is used to evaluate the continuity of IKCO supply chain. The results indicate an average condition based on the proposed model.
