ارزیابی و انتخاب تأمین‌کنندگان کارا در شرایط عدم قطعیت- رویکرد تحلیل پوششی داده‌های خاکستری

چکیده

یکی از مسائل مهم در مدیریت زنجیره‌ی تأمین،ارزیابی و انتخاب تأمین‌‌کنندگان کارا است و بیشتر از آنکه به شاخص هزینه وابسته باشد به دامنه‌ی گسترده از شاخص‌های کمی و کیفی بستگی دارد. رویکردهای وسیعی از تصمیم‌گیری چند معیاره برای انتخاب تأمین‌‌کنندگان وجود دارد که تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها یکی از پرکاربردترین آنها می‌باشد. از طرفی با در نظر گرفتن شرایط عدم‌قطعیت در دنیای واقعی، مسئله ارزیابی و انتخاب تأمین‌‌‌کنندگان به یک مسئله تصمیم‌گیری پیچیده تبدیل می‌شود. تئوری اعداد خاکستری یکی از تئوری‌هایی است که برای مواجهه با شرایط عدم‌قطعیت به‌کار می‌رود. در این تحقیق به منظور دسترسی به نتایج واقعی در زمینه ارزیابی و انتخاب تأمین‌‌‌کنندگان کارا یک مدل توسعه‌یافته به منظور تحلیل پوششی داده‌های خاکستری ارائه می‌گردد که با اعمال ارجحیت‌های تصمیم‌گیرندگان درباره ورودی‌ها و خروجی‌ها حاصل می‌شود.

چکیده [English]

Evaluation and selection of efficient suppliers is one of the important issues of supply chain management more than dependent the cost index is associated to a wide range of quantitative and qualitative indicators. Many approaches of multiple criteria decision making has to selection of suppliers that Data Envelopment of Analysis (DEA) is one the useful methods. On the other hand, with considering the uncertainty in the real word, evaluation and suppliers selection problem becomes a complex decision problem. Grey theory is one of the theories that used for uncertainty condition. In this study to access real results in evaluation and selection of efficient suppliers, a developed grey data envelopment analysis model is presented that achieve with considering decision makers (DM) preferences about the inputs and outputs.
