سنجه های پایداری شرکتی در صنایع متوسط غذایی ایرانی

چکیده

سنجه های پایداری شرکتی در صنایع متوسط غذایی ایرانی

پایداری شرکتی از مفاهیم جدید و رو به رشد است که بر نگاه متوازن و چند جانبه تاکید دارد. صنایع غذایی یکی از صنایع استراتژیک کشور ایران است و از جنبه های اشتغال ، امنیت غذایی و صادرات برای کشور حائز اهمیت است و پایداری این صنعت از اهمیت ویژه ای برخوردار است. از این رو در این تحقیق تلاش شده است عوامل و سنجه های مفهوم پایداری شرکتی تبیین شوند و همچنین عوامل تاثیر گذار بر این مفهوم و سنجه های آن مورد بررسی قرارگیرند . در این پژوهش که در سال 94 انجام شده است با مطالعه جامع ادبیات موضوع عوامل و سنجه های پایداری شرکتی، همچنین دو عامل زنجیره تامین ناب و زنجیره تامین سبز بعنوان عوامل تاثیرگذار پایداری شرکتی شناسایی شدند.
هشتاد و چهار سنجه تعیین شده برای سه مفهوم پایداری شرکتی ، زنجیره تامین ناب و زنجیره تامین سبز در قالب شش عامل اصلی قرار دارند. این سنجه ها پس از بررسی توسط 35 خبره صنایع غذایی و با استفاده از آزمون t به 70 سنجه تقلیل پیدا کرد و اعتبار این سنجه ها ، با اجرا در 35 شرکت صنایع غذایی تایید شد. یافته های این پژوهش سنجه های سه گانه شناسایی شده برای صنایع غذایی کشور را که معتبر و کاربردی است را نشان می دهد.

چکیده [English]

Corporate sustainability is one of the novel and growing concept which emphasizes on multidimensional aspects. Food industry is one of the strategic industries in Iran and its sustainability is significant due to its strong role in employment, food safety and export. Thus, this research deals with explaining factors and concept of sustainability measurement and also the affecting factors on its notion and evaluation. In this research which was conducted in 2015, after the literature review, factors and corporate sustainability indicators were identified. Lean supply chain and green supply chain were identified as two effective factors.
Eighty four indicators are among six main factors for three concepts of corporate sustainability, Lean supply chain and green supply chain. Evaluated by 35 food industry experts, these measurements were reduced to 70 indicators using t test. Indicators' credibility was confirmed by 35 random food industries. Result indicates triple indicators which are reliable and valid for Iran medium-sized food industry.
